Welcome to the Challenge of Change Assessments

Please note that this area of the website is exclusively for those about to undertake training. It is a secure area and provides access to the Full Challenge of Change Profile, the Short Challenge of Change Profile, the Challenge of Change Climate Survey and the Challenge of Change E-Scales.

To access this area you will have been given a Product Access Code.

The four questionnaires have all resulted directly from Derek Roger's research programme which began at the University of York in England in the 1980s. They have all been subjected to rigorous validation, and are unique to the Challenge of Change programmes. The questionnaires are all completed before the training, but please note that different questionnaires are used depending on the training programme you will be attending. The details are as follows:

The Full CoC Profile
This questionnaire comprises 8 scales which profile personal strengths and liabilities with regard to resilience. The purpose of the Profile is to help you identify those areas you most need to change in order to be more resilient and to cope more effectively, and your scores form the basis for a focused and detailed action plan for implementing change. The Full CoC Profile is for people who will be attending the full one-day Challenge of Change Resilience Training programme.

The Short CoC Profile
The Short CoC Profile includes four of the scales from the 8-scale Full CoC Profile, and is for people who will be attending the half-day Challenge of Change Resilience Training programme.

The CoC Climate Survey
This is a questionnaire designed to assess team or company climate in four key areas. The CoC Climate Survey is for people who will be attending the Challenge of Change Dream Team Training programme.

The CoC E-Scales
These scales assess one particular aspect of personality, and they are for people who will be attending the Challenge of Change Dream Team Training programme.

Print your answers and bring them with you to the training
After completing the relevant questionnaire(s), please print your scores and bring them along to the training session where they will be explained in detail.

NOTE: All of the questionnaires are the intellectual property of the Work Skills Centre Ltd., and may not be used for any purposes other than by Dr. Derek Roger or Associates approved by him.

Please enter the Product Access Code you have been provided with and follow the instructions to complete the appropriate Challenge of Change Assessment for the training you will be participating in.

Important: Completion of the Challenge of Change Assessments could take up to 10 minutes, and needs to be completed in one go. Your Access Code will allow you to do more than one Assessment by clicking on the 'Back to Assessments' button, which appears at the end of the 'submit' page for each Assessment. However, once you exit the site you will not be able to enter again, so please be sure to choose a time when you know you will be free from interruptions. Thank you.
